With a passion for writing and helping others, I’ve spent my career guiding people through major life decisions. As a real estate professional, I loved educating clients on buying and selling, even creating step-by-step guides to support them. My work with seniors and their families led me to earn an advanced accreditation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), allowing me to better assist with their unique transitions.

With over 25 plus years in real estate and legal work—including roles as a legal assistant and paralegal in domestic relations, civil cases, personal injury, and workers’ compensation—I gained valuable insight into the complexities of the legal world. My interest in estate planning began for personal reasons, but I quickly realized how confusing the process can be. Seeing others struggle with the same challenges inspired me to create a clear, accessible guide to help people move forward with confidence. My focus was simple: create a book that presents this topic in a way that everyone can understand and walks them through the process to reach their goal.

When I’m not empowering others in person, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring the Pacific Northwest by foot, bike, or kayak. I also have a deep love for genealogy, uncovering family history, and connecting with newfound relatives.
